Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge in line with NSAR and Network Rail standards. The NSAR approved trainer must be able to train PTS & COSS.
Duties
* Facilitate training sessions using effective presentation skills to ensure participants engage with the material.
* Mentor new employees, providing guidance and support as they acclimatise to their roles with the ability to be upskilled themselves .
* Collaborate with the group of company other department to identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and assessments.
* Maintain accurate records within BMS to track employee progress and training completion.
* Communicate clearly with all stakeholders regarding training schedules, materials, and expectations.
Experience
* Proven experience in a training or teaching role, preferably within the rail environment.
* Familiarity with NSAR & Network Rail's processes and systems such as PTS and COSS.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
* Experience in mentoring or coaching individuals is highly desirable.
