We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrician/Operations Lead to join DCI Electrical Services as a key member of our team. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who can take the lead on-site, ensure top-quality workmanship, and support in managing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the company owner, acting as a right-hand partner in decision-making, job organisation, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead electrical installation and maintenance projects to the highest industry standards. Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices. Organise job schedules, materials, and resources for multiple jobs. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors. Assist in planning, quoting, and overseeing project budgets. Ensure compliance with BS 7671 wiring regulations, health & safety procedures, and company quality standards. Act as site decision-maker when the owner is unavailable. Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven track record of delivering quality electrical work. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Full UK driving licence. Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience).
