My client, a leading property & built asset consultancy are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead on a residential new-build project (£100m+). The role will also allow the opportunity to work on various other schemes in conjunction.
You will have demonstrable experience managing / leading similar projects from conception through to completion, within the residential sector and experience of administering JCT form of contract.
