Job Summary:
SEGA of Europe's Product Planning team is a centralized team of administrators overseeing the business approvals process, which secures budgets for SEGA Europe developers' titles.
Your role involves coordinating all SEGA of Europe titles through various stages of the approvals process, liaising with stakeholders across central and studio teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
As part of this team, you'll gain exposure to development planning, risk assessments, marketing, and advertising campaigns, working with multiple departments across the company.
Regular communication with executive management is part of the role, including participation in cross-company meetings. This position is suitable for a recent graduate or junior industry worker seeking a comprehensive understanding of game development and publishing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from studio, SEGA of Europe, SEGA of America, and SEGA of Japan teams, coordinating project approvals in line with stakeholder needs and company practices.
2. Organize approval meetings and invite key stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with various departments to track submission statuses and ensure information accuracy and consistency.
4. Identify issues early and take proactive steps to resolve potential blockers.
5. Record meeting minutes, log action points, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
6. Translate documents and presentations between English and Japanese as needed.
7. Manage approval documentation using Adobe Sign and prepare updates for monthly meetings.

* Experience in managing procedures and recommending improvements.

* Proactive with the ability to manage upwards and anticipate tasks.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Proficiency in Office365 and quick learner of new software.
* Clear, concise communication skills in both written and verbal English and Japanese.
