Key Role:
* As a Field Service Engineer, you will work individually and as part of a team on various customer sites around the UK (and Ireland).
* This is a customer facing role, you will need to produce detailed reports related to BEUMER sortation, material handling and industrial products.
* Activities include: health checks, servicing, supporting installation projects, warranty, breakdowns, operational/residential site cover.
* Deliver training to the customer and other BUK Engineers as required.
* This role will involve travelling nationwide (including Ireland), as well as some international travel.
* You will be able to perform diversified electrical and mechanical tasks including analytical troubleshooting, in a planned and reactive environment.
* Populating RAMS related to the work to be undertaken and ensuring H&S standards are adhered to.
* As a BEUMER Group UK employee you have a duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work. You must co-operate with your employer and co-workers to help everyone to be safe in their work.
Qualifications
Ideally have an electrical engineering background – ONC or Equivalent
Experience:
* Similar roles in logistics and/or material handling equipment; Automation Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electrician, or similar background
* Construction Site H&S experience
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* IOSH Working Safely
* IPAF 3a/3b
Desirable:
* SSSTS
