Job Description

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced senior client development manager to join our dynamic marketing and client development team.

In this key leadership role, you’ll help to shape and drive growth across the firm’s sectors and departments, working closely with senior stakeholders and leading a skilled and dedicated team.

You’ll take the lead on business planning with the teams, client and target development, and work-winning initiatives, playing a critical role in delivering the firm’s ambitious new five year strategy and contributing to its continued success.

As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll be empowered to use your expertise to make a real impact – developing innovative approaches to client engagement and growth objectives.

This is a full time permanent role, which can be based out of our Bristol or Exeter office, with the expectation for some travel to our other offices when required.

Who you are

You’ll be an established senior client development professional, with significant experience in the professional services sector and a strong track record of leading high-performing teams. Adept at working alongside senior stakeholders, you’ll bring the strategic insight and commercial acumen needed to shape and deliver ambitious business plans – focusing efforts where they will drive the greatest impact.

Confident and collaborative, you’ll be comfortable advising legal teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Your coaching skills and team-oriented mindset will support a culture of shared success and continuous improvement.

With responsibilities spanning multiple teams, you’ll have strong project management and organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines. You’ll thrive in a busy environment and will be proactive in your approach, motivated by continuously improving how the team works and delivers.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of CRM systems and how firm’s can use data to support effective working and guide strategies.
