The Role
This highly rated law firm is seeking a skilled Employment Barrister to deliver employment-related advocacy for a growing client base across both the private and public sectors. The role offers exposure to the full range of employment litigation and includes a senior position within the internal advocacy team, with responsibility for mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
The Candidate
You will play a key role within this highly successful employment team, delivering a first-class service to clients. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in employment law, with a proven track record of advocacy before the Employment Tribunal. Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members would be highly advantageous. In addition to outstanding advocacy and negotiation skills and exceptional attention to detail, you will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
