Pastoral Support Officer – Redhill Academy Trust
Location: Bolsover School, Bolsover, England
Salary: £22,094 – £23,923 per annum (FTE: £26,141 – £28,305)
Hours: 37 hours per week – Term time only, Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
As Pastoral Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Head of House and work collaboratively with the school team to support the welfare and well‑being of young people. You will assist in organising pastoral activities, maintain confidential records, and respond to student queries and concerns, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
Qualifications
Suitable qualification for a pastoral support role, enthusiasm for working with young people, and a commitment to safeguarding and welfare. You should demonstrate strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
