09th June, 2026 Digital Content & Marketing Manager Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in the studio, 3 days working from home) Hours: Full-time (30-hour week also considered) Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum About the Opportunity Our client is a highly respected architecture and design practice seeking a talented Digital Content & Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact digital marketing campaigns and content across the business. This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the firm's digital presence, storytelling strategy, and audience engagement. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing digital channels, and developing narrative-led campaigns that support brand visibility and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content & Campaign Delivery Develop and execute engaging digital marketing content across website, social media, email marketing, and search channels, aligned with the firm's brand strategy and marketing objectives. Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and market visibility. Create high-quality content including: Project case studies and stories Thought leadership articles Newsletters Digital brochures Social media content Marketing videos Work closely with the Marketing Director and graphic design team to ensure all content is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. Video Content Creation Film and edit short-form video content for social media platforms. Capture content across live projects, studio activities, industry events, and company initiatives. Collaborate with external videographers and creative partners to produce longer-form video content and campaign assets. Content & Storytelling Partner with internal teams to identify project stories, business updates, and thought leadership opportunities. Translate technical and complex information into compelling, audience-focused narratives. Support ongoing brand storytelling through innovative and engaging content creation. Social Media & Digital Channels Manage social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring. Grow audience engagement and strengthen the firm's online presence across key platforms. Maintain and update website content, working alongside external developers and internal stakeholders to implement improvements. Manage and update intranet content, ensuring information remains relevant, accessible, and up to date. Performance & Optimisation Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance across all channels. Support SEO initiatives through content development and optimisation. Use analytics and insights to improve content effectiveness, engagement, reach, and visibility. Stay informed on emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies to continually enhance content quality and campaign performance. Candidate RequirementsEssential Experience Proven experience in a digital content, content marketing, or digital communications role. Experience within the built environment sector is essential, ideally gained within architecture, design, interiors, engineering, construction, or related industries. Strong content creation and copywriting skills with the ability to transform complex information into engaging and accessible narratives. Experience managing social media channels and content scheduling platforms. Demonstrable experience creating and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns. Experience using CMS platforms and digital analytics tools. Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation. Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience filming, editing, and producing video content for social media and digital platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing best practice and audience engagement strategies. Personal Attributes Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
