Senior IT Account Manager
£50-60k DOE with double OTE and no cap
Derby 2/3 days a week in the office

Job Purpose
Joining our client means stepping into a crucial role where your efforts in managing and expanding client relationships directly contribute to the company's success. You will be entrusted with a portfolio of existing accounts while also generating new business opportunities. Your mission will be to nurture these leads into successful partnerships, ensuring our client continues to surpass expectations and increase its revenue footprint. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Upsell and cross-sell our extensive service offerings to both new and existing clients.
* Forge and maintain robust client relationships, understanding their business goals and technological needs.
* Craft tailored proposals, contracts, and presentations to align with client objectives.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to advise clients strategically.
* Ensure accurate reporting on sales activity and account status.
* Act as the primary liaison for client queries, escalations, and coordinating service delivery.
* Work closely with internal teams to guarantee project and service delivery excellence.
* Attend client meetings, articulate proposals, and outcomes.
* Cultivate a strong pipeline of opportunities and maintain an updated CRM.
Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes
* Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or client relations within the tech industry.
* Deep understanding of managed services, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Must have a full UK driving license and own vehicle.
* Self-motivated, with a keen ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Proficient IT skills, including CRM system management.
* A positive, proactive approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Financial and commercial acumen, with meticulous attention to detail.
Hours of Work & Benefits
* Attractive Double OTE Commission Scheme with no cap.
