We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill this interesting and varied role within the Pharmacy Department. You will join the NHS Highland Pharmacy Admin Team to support the expansion and continuation of the services within the Admin and Oncology Pharmacy Teams.
Reception cover will also be required 2 afternoon sessions per week.
Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills, along with good time management skills. The role requires good IT skills with attention to detail and an eagerness to learn. Excellent customer care skills will be essential in this role as you will be dealing with patients, clinic teams and other staff daily.
The Pharmacy Department has an excellent team of staff committed to service modernisation and continuing development in every role. We actively encourage training opportunities and aim to support this as much as possible.

* Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
