Customer Service Manager
Our client is seeking a professional and dedicated Customer Service Manager to join their prestigious main car dealership.
In this role within a large service department, you will be the primary point of contact for customer queries and complaint management. Your responsibilities include liaising with customers, service staff, managers, and the manufacturer to ensure all customer cases are handled promptly, professionally, and consistently.
1. Serve as the main contact with the manufacturer for complaint cases, updating cases within required timescales.
2. Monitor and review complaint cases to identify root causes, staff or process issues, and collaborate with the Aftersales Manager to develop corrective actions.
3. Communicate with customers via telephone and in person regarding complaint cases, maintaining contact throughout and providing feedback or decisions on behalf of the Service Department.
4. Escalate complaint cases to management or the manufacturer as necessary.
5. Collaborate with the service department team and maintain relationships across dealership staff.
6. Support the Aftersales Manager in various projects and assignments.
About You:
* Professional, organized, and capable of multitasking.
* Diplomatic, customer-focused, and able to make balanced decisions.
* Experience in Customer Service, Senior Service Advisor, Service Management, or strong administrative background.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and reasoning skills.
Package: From £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.
