What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering engaging and well-structured Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Planning and preparing lessons that promote deep learning and critical thinking.
* Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress in line with school policies.
* Supporting the academic and personal development of students as a Form Tutor.
* Contributing to departmental planning, curriculum development, and extra-curricular activities such as field trips and geography clubs.
* Participating in departmental meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A strong academic background in Geography and a passion for the subject.
* Proven ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
