Assembly Operative – £16.20 per hour
Chard | Monday – Friday | 37.5 hours per week – rotating shift 5:45 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assembly Operative to join our team! This hands-on role is perfect for a team player who enjoys working with small parts and ensuring high-quality production.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assemble products to the highest standards, meeting required specifications
* Accurately read and follow manufacturing instructions
* Identify and correct faults to maintain quality control
What We’re Looking for:
* Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production
* Comfortable working with small components
* Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
