Warwickshire County Council, we are looking for an exceptional individual to support Warwickshire’s Adult Safeguarding Board. We have a highly effective partnership, with an open and collaborative culture that is committed to keeping adults with care and support needs safe.
Responsibilities
* Provide advice and leadership to the board and its partners using excellent knowledge of adult safeguarding.
* Build and sustain effective partnership working to continuously improve safeguarding across our organisations and communities.
* Work closely with the Independent Chair and all partners including people with lived experience.
* Lead and manage the Business Unit: a small and well‑established team which supports and co‑ordinates the work of the board.
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of adult safeguarding.
* Ability to build partnerships and lead teams.
* Experience in managing a business unit or similar.
