The Role:
You will be responsible for leading multiple developments, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across your sites. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, maximising revenue, and maintaining the division’s top-performing status.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of Sales Advisors across multiple sites
* Drive sales rates, revenue, and overall site performance
* Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and buyer journey
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
* Support with recruitment, training, and development of sales teams
* Work closely with construction, marketing, and senior management teams
* Deliver against targets while maintaining compliance and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a New Homes Sales Manager
* Strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent leadership and team development skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to drive performance in a competitive market
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience
* Full UK driving licence
