Forge Talent are specialists in Finance & Accounting recruitment. We are looking for an
Office Manager
who's got the energy and enthusiasm to keep our numbers tight, our processes smooth, and our brand looking sharp.
This is a hands-on role right at the centre of the business. You'll be supporting our consultants, keeping the back office running seamlessly, and playing a key part in our growth journey.
One minute you'll be chasing invoices, the next you'll be planning a marketing campaign, then helping consultants with compliance or onboarding.
If you're organised, thrive under pressure, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, you'll fit right in to Forge Talent .
What you'll bring:
Marketing
* Run our social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) posting, engaging, and keeping us visible.
* Keep the website fresh with blogs, news, and job ads.
* Support our campaigns and events from planning through to delivery.
* Create content and materials that showcase the Forge Talent brand.
* Come up with new ideas to keep us out in front.
Administration/Operations
* Keep the office and systems running smoothly
* Handle onboarding, HR admin, and compliance checks
* Keep databases and records accurate and up to date
* Organise meetings, events, and travel
* Provide admin support to the Founder & Leadership team, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
* Build out onboarding packs and process guides so we scale smarter.
Finance
* Experience in finance, operations, or marketing support.
* Confidence with Microsoft Office (and happy learning new systems).
* Energy and enthusiasm everyday
* Attention to detail — you spot mistakes others miss.
* Great communicator who can deal with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
* Discreet with sensitive information (salaries, commission, contracts).
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and always resilient
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in finance, operations, or marketing support roles.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
* Attention to detail — you spot mistakes others miss.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communicator who can hold their own with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
* Discreet with sensitive information (salaries, commission, contracts).
