About the role:
As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences for the guests. You will perform a variety of treatments, from massages to facials, ensuring that each guest receives a bespoke service that meets their individual needs. In this role you will have the opportunity to work full-time, part-time and zero hours where you will have flexibility over 7 days.Your working schedule will include day shifts, and you will also need weekend availability.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Perform an array of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
* Build rapport with guests creating an inviting atmosphere.
* Maintain professional quality in spa surroundings and treatment rooms.
* Actively promote our spa services and products to guests, helping them discover the right treatments for their needs.
* Participate in relevant training sessions to maintain a high level of service.
About you:
You will hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Beauty Therapy and you will have excellent time-management capabilities and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. You will need flexibility to cover holidays and weekends and the ability to collaborate successfully in a team. You should be a passionate individual who is eager to learn and can adapt to the needs of our retreat. You must have access to your own transport due to the rural location.
