We are seeking a Creative Designer to join our marketing team based at our Wokingham dealership. The role will consist of designing and delivering marketing campaigns and liaising with colleagues in various departments to ensure the delivery of social campaigns across all types of media channels.
The successful candidate will:
* Conceptualise, design and produce high-quality creative assets forboth print and web.
* Deliver standout creative that balances: visual impact, brandcompliance, clarity and hierarchy commercial performance.
* Design and produce marketing assets across a wide range ofchannels, including: social media graphics and campaigns, websitebanners and digital promotions, email marketingvisuals, showroomand retail signage, posters. flyers, brochures and POS materials, internalcommunications and branded templates.
* Work confidently across multiple franchise and manufacturer brandguidelines, ensuring all assets are accurate, consistent, andprofessionally finished.
* Support the relevant teamswith the creation and advantageous the editing of video content (basic editing)or show willingness to learn and develop skills in Final Cut.
* Maintain a structured andorganised workflow, including file management, version control, and templateconsistency.
Preferable Skills and Experience:
* Strong graphic design capability, with an eye for what makescreative stand out in a competitive retail environment.
* Ability to understand andcommunicate a brief into assets. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with confidence in Photoshop andIllustrator and Indesign.
* Experience working with (or strong understanding of) brandguidelines, ideally across multiple brands.
* Ability to load up artwork to a CMS platform or Mailchimp.
* Basic understanding of video editing, or a willingness to learnFinal Cut.
* Excellent writing and editing skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of current online marketing creativestrategies (statics/animation) requirements.
* Familiarity with current social media trends and best practicecreative formats and sizes for correct display.
* Polite and professional communication skills.
* Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple designrequirements and projects without compromising quality.
