HR Advisor Contract: Permanent Location: Manchester City Centre (Fully office based) Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum Structure: Mon-Sun (5 days a week, 1 weekend shift every 3 weeks- either a Saturday or Sunday). Shift pattern: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm Interview: 1 stage- f2f An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Employment Law Consultant/HR Advisor to join a well-known and established HR consultancy in the heart of Manchester. This role requires you to work in a team providing legally compliant solutions to clients via telephone/email in all aspects of HR and Employment Law, to support the business needs of the individual clients. What you'll do: Continually update personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law Achieve set performance aims to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set SLAs. Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction. Log all advice accurately onto the internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases. Provide clients with bespoke supporting information/documentation to assist them in implementing the solutions provided. Review client documentation and provide advice, accordingly, taking their applicable internal terms and conditions into account in each case. Undertake and report on client visits as required by the Advisory Service Managers Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable to ensure high-quality handovers.
