Acorn by Synergie is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our client's busy and friendly team based in Estover. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, webchat, social media, and in person.
* Provide administrative support to management, colleagues, and clients as required.
* Cut and stitch fabric into a finished product as part of daily operations.
* Carry out general office duties, including answering calls, organising files, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
* Maintain accurate records and update databases.
* Track key deadlines and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Requirements
* Previous experience in both customer service and administrative support is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Confident communicator across multiple channels.
* Ability to work to deadlines and achieve daily targets.
* Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
