Role
Property Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in our Belfast Office. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service to tenants and property owners alike.
Responsibilities
* Client Relationship: build and maintain a good working relationship with our landlord clients, helping them achieve their property investment goals
* Portfolio Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and comply with regulations.
* Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships.
* Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and monitor repairs, maintenance, working closely with contractors and service providers.
* Compliance: Ensure all properties meet legal and safety standards, including gas safety, fire regulations, and landlord obligations
* Property Checks: carrying out routine inspections alongside inventories at start of tenancies, and end of tenancy inspections and managing the end of tenancy process
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in property management or some understanding of rentals will be highly beneficial
* Knowledge of property legislation, leasing, and maintenance procedures
* Excellent communicator and enjoy working as part of a team
* Well organised and a good time manager
* Good IT skills
* Clean UK Driving License and ideally own transport

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
