Are you an electrically biased maintenance professional with experience supporting manufacturing or production environments? We're recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Manager to take ownership of site-wide electrical maintenance, ensuring plant, equipment and infrastructure operate safely, reliably and efficiently.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, people management and continuous improvement.
The Role
As Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will lead all electrical maintenance activities across the site, supporting production uptime and compliance while driving improvements in reliability and performance.
You'll work closely with operations and engineering teams to plan, prioritise and deliver preventative and reactive electrical maintenance, while coordinating internal technicians and external contractors.
