Key responsibilities include leading a team of operatives, working with the Allelys Projects/Installation team to carry out all aspects of installations safely and efficiently, including jacking, skidding, and lifting.
**Main duties:**
1. Work primarily as part of the project team.
2. Perform duties at Allelys head office and various sites across the UK.
3. Adhere to health and safety policies and site rules.
4. Participate in training courses as required.
5. Carry out jacking and skidding operations as instructed, following RAMS.
6. Operate plant and machinery after training and certification.
7. Report problems, malfunctions, accidents, or incidents.
8. Assist with equipment maintenance.
9. Perform manual handling activities.
10. Inspect tackle used on site before and after use.
11. Assist with loading and unloading equipment at the yard.

**Skills and experience:**
* Knowledge of the Heavy Lift industry.

* Willing to travel and stay away as needed.
**Qualifications:**
Essential:
* CITB Safety Passport / CSCS card.
* Slinger signaller CPCS / NPORS.
* Telehandler CPCS / NPORS.
Desirable:
* Crane Supervisor CPCS.
* Knowledge of hydraulic jacking systems.
* SSSTS qualification.
