Job Description
* Manage and oversee daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing department.
* Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Coordinate and lead a team of staff to deliver operational excellence.
* Monitor production processes and implement improvements where necessary.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflow and resolve issues.
* Maintain detailed records and prepare regular performance reports.
* Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Shift Manager should have:
* Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Effective communication and organisational skills.
* MUST have RTW in the UK
