Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution according to procedures and meeting contractual KPIs. The role involves working in a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
What you’ll do:
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
* Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
* Action Service Requests.
* Allocate/despatch tickets to technical support, field engineering, and other service providers.
* Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
* Organise traffic management, coordinating with providers, control teams, and field resources.
* Communicate with customers about network incidents.
* Coordinate with utility companies regarding power issues affecting the network.
Who you are:
You have previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills for liaising across all levels.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
