Sports Centre Manager
Permanent, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum, SCP Point 8 (£26,823.74 - 20 hours would be approximately £14,459.56 per annum)

We are seeking an exceptional Sports Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of Cleeve Enterprise and our sports centre provision at an exciting stage in its development.
This is a hands-on role for a highly capable, proactive individual who thrives both as part of a team and when working independently. You will be a natural problem-solver and self-starter, with the drive to ensure our facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You will play a key role in overseeing operations during opening hours, ensuring continuity of service and delivering an outstanding experience for our wide range of community users.
Over the past five years, our Sports Centre has undergone significant transformation, and we are committed to maintaining this momentum. With continued investment—including our All Weather Pitch—we are focused on further enhancing our facilities and expanding our provision.
