Your Mission We are seeking a strategic thinker who will work in conjunction with corporate communications colleagues in the EMEA and India (EMEAI), as well as international marketing and leadership teams, to develop and execute PR and social media strategies and tactics to heighten awareness for our company and our products. This position will play a significant role in driving UiPath thought leadership and message consistency across geographies. It reports to the Director of Global Public Relations and has one direct report. What you'll do at UiPath Collaborate with corporate public relations, analyst relations, and regional marketing teams to formulate and execute strategy to raise awareness for UiPath in various regions. Help to proactively manage EMEAI PR agencies around the world to identify trends and generate media coverage, press coverage, press releases, and other content Support creation of consistent, high-quality communication materials - including press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, and social media posts - to ensure consistency of messages in line with the go-to-market strategy within regions Build and maintain global portal to facilitate knowledge transfer with external international resources Orchestrate thought leadership campaigns in support of various corporate and regional objectives, leveraging in various regions Drive public relations and social media for news announcements and regional events Collaborate with customer reference team to promote customer successes internationally Provide strategic counsel and media training to international leadership/spokespeople Pursue and coordinate corporate and regional speaker placements and company/product awards Work with social media team to manage international social media program and blogger strategy (as required) Track metrics regarding success of corporate and international public relations program What you'll bring to the team Minimum of 8-10 years of experience required, preferably high-tech public relations agency and corporate Bachelor's degree in journalism/public relations/communications/international relations field required Experience in media relations, spokesperson training, program execution, and integrating social media into campaigns Success working with executives, cross functionally, and managing public relations agency resources from various cultures Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detail Fluency in a language other than English is a benefit, but not required Additional fluency would be beneficial in German, French Maybe you don't tick all the boxes above- but still think you'd be great for the job?
