Finance Manager - Part Time
The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on a Part Time basis for an outsourced service client with offices in Milton Keynes.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance operations of a Group business based in Milton Keynes. Your responsibilities will include team management, core finance activities, and commercial reporting related to the performance of the business unit. Key duties include:
1. Management of all financial transactions and oversight of processes
2. Preparation of management accounts
3. Performance reporting
4. Cash flow management
5. Staff supervision
6. Analysis of business performance
7. Providing recommendations for business performance improvement
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with comprehensive financial and management accounting skills, capable of understanding the commercial and financial performance of a business. The role involves reporting to the Group and working across multiple stakeholders. This position is part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week, but a full-time candidate may also be considered.

Salary and Benefits
The role offers a hybrid working model—one day per week in the office—and a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 FTE, depending on experience and qualifications.
