Pear Recruitment: Sales Negotiator – Northwood
Salary: £20,000 + Com OTE £45,000 - £50,000
Hours: Mon- Thurs 9am -6.30pm, Fri 9am -6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -4pm
This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a respected and established Estate Agency who are looking for an experience Sales Negotiator for their branch in Northwood.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and a target driven individual with previous estate Agency experience with the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities. You will be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Duties
* Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
* Attending viewings, valuations, surveys, and other meetings as required
* Maintaining applicant database
* Progress Sales from offer stage through to completion
* Obtaining mortgage leads
* Updating Systems and records in an accurate and thorough manner to capture all relevant information.
* Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual targets
Skills
* Interpersonal skills to manage property viewings, negotiate offers and build relationships with client and Buyers.
* Resilience and a can-do attitude
* Exceptional communication skills
* Thinking on your feet during negotiators
* Excellent Customer service
* Closing Skills
* Full driving licence and car
