This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery. It is essential you are able to develop open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations.
This position is offered on a full time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. We offer a starting salary of £30,900, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £37,080 per year.
