Assembly and test technician

Job Description

As an Assembly & Test Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, configuration & testing of gas analyzers of a wide range of gas sensor products. This role requires an individual who is diligent and has excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate results and observations to the production teams

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


* Pre-assembly of components and products according with work instructions
* Construction of customer-specific optical benches
* Installation of optical benches in various housings
* Installation of electronic components
* Establishing gas connections (e.g. tubing, piping)
* Manufacturing electrical connections
* Configuration of analyzers
* Execution of long-term and temperature tests
* Linearization of analyzers
* Creation of appropriate documentation
* Prepare the equipment for shipment
