Role
We’re seeking a driven and client‑focused Account Executive / Client Director to join our Employee Benefits team and extend our services in Scotland & across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in a high‑energy environment and wants to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities both from within our extensive growing network of partner brokerages & self‑generation. A ready‑made pipeline of 50,000+ SME and corporate customers to cross‑sell into.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with network stakeholders and existing clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with precision and care.
* Act as a trusted adviser, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice on Employee Benefits solutions.
* Be an ambassador for the brand, representing us across our partner firms, at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
* Collaborate with our extensive regional broker partners. The role will involve travel and a mix of home working & hot desking with partner divisional offices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, Health Insurance.
* A track record of successful new business development and client growth.
* Exceptional relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
* Professional, credible, and confident communicator – both in person and in writing.
* Regulatory and compliance awareness.
* IT skills, use of insurer portal and Acturis (desirable).
* Self‑motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline, cross‑sell and meet targets – a “roll up your sleeves” role.
