As our Social Media Manager, you’ll join a team of brand, content, and digital experts supporting business growth. Bringing your skills and experience within the shifting social media landscape, you’ll provide expert advice on enhancing Grant Thornton’s reputation.
Key responsibilities include working with marketing teams to optimize social media within their campaigns, aligning with our digital strategy, and ensuring a cohesive audience experience.

Role overview:
* Own the delivery of our social media strategy, collaborating with the Content Lead to identify trends and opportunities for evolution.
* Support marketing campaigns with social media strategy and execution, introducing innovative ideas.
* Guide and advise on best practices across marketing, business development, and communications.
* Oversee organic growth of the Grant Thornton brand across social channels.
* Lead performance monitoring of our advocacy platform.
* Facilitate social media training sessions to enhance brand presence.
* Manage posting schedules and community engagement with support from a digital marketing executive.
* Advise on paid social campaigns, PPC, and Adwords execution.
* Use analytics to review, report, and improve social media strategies.
* Monitor trends and discussions on social channels, reporting insights for strategic planning.
* Manage a digital marketing executive within our brand, content, and digital teams.
* Champion social media initiatives by presenting performance updates to stakeholders.
Candidate criteria:
Minimum experience in B2B social media management and stakeholder engagement, preferably in professional services. Skills that are a plus but not mandatory include experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Hubspot, or Sprout Social, and knowledge of paid social campaigns.
