We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a devoted team at a school that focuses on pupils with a variety of learning needs. This is the perfect position for someone who wants to concentrate on delivering meaningful and engaging learning experiences rather than administrative tasks.
You will be vital in helping children succeed by building trusting relationships, adapting teaching methods, and creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Role Details:

Full:time, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. : 4:30 p.m.

Your Responsibilities:

Implement and support personalized learning strategies.

Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Promote active participation and independence in lessons.

Communicate with the teaching team and families about a childs progress or any concerns.

Champion equality and diversity in the classroom.

Experience supporting children with SEN.
*
A solid understanding of the national curriculum.

Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability.
*
The right to work in the UK.

An Enhanced DBS or willingness for one.
