French / German / Spanish / Italian / Portuguese / Norwegian speakers needed for some fabulous travel reservations roles based in Birmingham! This is a wonderful opportunity to work within the travel sector, representing our client's growing brand by delivering excellent customer, listening to your customers' needs to ensure you’re able to design their perfect trip!
Verbal and written fluency in any of the above languages and English is essential for the role, along with (ideally) previous experience with the travel, airline or hospitality sector and a genuine desire to build a career within the travel sector. (Travel industry graduates are also welcome to apply.)
In return, our client can offer a starting salary of £25k plus bonus structure and excellent benefits. This is a fully office-based role in a smart centrally located Birmingham office.

Role of French / German / Spanish / Italian / Portuguese / Norwegian speaking Travel Consultant:
1. Use strong listening and questioning skills to ensure you take a detailed brief of your customers’ requirements
2. Ensure trips recommended are suited to your customers to ensure they get the most out of their trip and return to book in the future
3. Deliver exceptional customer service during the booking process and support with further incoming queries with the customers
4. Use your language skills to liaise with suppliers
5. Work to and achieve sales targets
Skills required for the role:
6. Verbal and written fluency in French / German / Spanish / Italian / Portuguese / Norwegian plus English
7. Enthusiastic and motivational individual who can communicate well at all levels
8. Confident and friendly personality
9. Ability to build relationships, credibility and rapport quickly and successfully with the customers
10. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
11. The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team and individuals
