Aboutthe Role
Your missionwill be to follow up on potential and current customers. Currentlywe do not engage in outreach sales or cold calling. All outboundcalls are made through enquires and follow up calls. We thrive tocreate good customer relations or as we say in Norwegian a kjle godcustomer experience. This requires that we understand the customersneeds and can guide them through how to best utilize our product.We will offer full training in our product but previous experienceof working with farmers would be a greatadvantage.
MainResponsibilities
* Follow up salesinquiries through phone and webform.
* Respondingto queries and sending quotes.
* Host onlinemeetings with potential and existingcustomers.
* Manage your own CRMworkspace.
* Participation at relevantevents.
* Visit key customer whenrequired.
* Salesanalysis.
* Work alongside our customer successteam.
Inthe current phase of growing our team we will need someone who isadaptable and willing to contribute to nonsales related taskslike;
* Contributionto projects across the organization.
* Improvingthe customer journey.
* Contributing todeveloping the UK Team and shaping ourstructure.

The whole team contributes to general work tasks likedistribution and administration. Our office is currently placed atAgriEpi Center in Edgmond Newport where we all work together fromthe office.
