Job Title: Personal Assistant & Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Sherborne (remote, with monthly in-person meetings nearby)
Hours: Approx. 5-10 hours per week (flexible, with potential for additional hours)
Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 per hour (self-employed preferred)
About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and versatile Personal Assistant & Administrator to support the CEO of an international company. This is a varied role combining administrative, accounts, and PA duties, making it ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and enjoys working independently.
The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings in Sherborne (around once per month). A flexible, professional mindset is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and issuing invoices
* Managing expenses and payment runs
* General administration and record-keeping
Personal Assistant Duties
* Email management and correspondence
* Research tasks
* Organising travel and itineraries
* Diary coordination and ad hoc support
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working alongside accountants
* Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software)
* A meticulous, detail-oriented approach (especially with numbers)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
* Proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently
* Comfortable handling occasional urgent requests
* Excellent written communication skills (email-heavy role)
* Competent with general IT systems (equipment can be provided if needed)
* Own transport essential (for occasional local meetings)
* Flexible, professional, and discreet with a true PA mentality
