The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will support the delivery of national and property-level campaigns to drive lettings and occupancy. Working closely with marketing, creative, digital and site teams, you'll help coordinate activity and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & traditional)
Assisting with email marketing, social content and website updates
Coordinating creative artwork across print and digital
Undertaking light design/artworking (training provided)
Supporting events, open days and on-site marketing activity
Managing third-party listings and digital assets
Assisting with reporting, competitor analysis and performance tracking
Supporting internal communications and corporate initiatives
About You
Degree in Marketing, Design, Creative Media, Communications (or equivalent experience) is desirable
Previous marketing experience is desirable but not essential
Strong interest in marketing, content and creative design
Keen to develop artworking skills (Adobe, Canva or similar)
Confident writing short-form copy for digital channels
Positive, proactive and collaborative
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
Proactive, curious, and passionate about growing your marketing skills

Working pattern:
5 days in the office during probation
3 days in the office / 2 days working from home after probation
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 +bonus opportunity
