The Devonshire is one of London's most exciting new openings — a landmark pub and grill with an in-house bakery, butchery, and wood-ember grill. We're committed to craft and quality, from our dry-aged meats to our freshly baked bread.
Our bakery produces breads, buns, and pastries for both the pub and grill restaurant, baked fresh every day on site.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. You will:
* Produce high-quality bread and pastry daily.
* Work with yeasted loaves, enriched doughs, and classic pastry.
* Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
* Ensure the bakery is kept clean, safe, and well organised.
About You
* Previous bakery experience in a professional kitchen, bakery, or restaurant.
* Confident working with different doughs and baking techniques.
* Passion for craft baking and top-quality ingredients.
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
