Our client, a market leader in eCargo and eBike innovation, is seeking a professional, flexible, and customer-focused Full-Time Driver to join their growing team. You will deliver premium electric bikes across the UK while providing a white-glove customer experience, supporting demos, and assisting with trial setups.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Comfortable driving long distances and staying overnight when required
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proactive problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Willingness to learn mechanical skills related to bike setup and repair
* Physical fitness and the capability to handle bikes and equipment safely
* Experience with delivery route software (training provided)
What will your role look like?
* Deliver electric bikes nationwide using Sprinter, Transit, and Luton vans
* Provide white-glove delivery service, demonstrating bike usage, safety, and maintenance to customers
* Assist at demonstrations and events, including setup and removal, and engage with potential customers
* Support trial installations and maintain a professional presence
* Manage delivery routes using tracking software
* Undertake training to develop technical knowledge, from basic repairs to advanced maintenance
* Represent the brand in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner
* Assist with basic photography of deliveries, demos, or events (if required)
