The Programme Structure
Year One: Paid Cover Supervisor Role September 2026 – August 2027
Start earning immediately as a salaried Cover Supervisor while building your teaching foundation through structured support and professional development.
Salary and Benefits Package:

Year Two: Formal Teacher Training September 2027 – July 2028
Transition into your teacher training year with salary continuation. Complete all QTS requirements and move into your permanent teaching position.

Qualification Requirements
To progress into Year Two teacher training:
* Bachelor's degree from UK university or international equivalent
* GCSE English Language: Grade C/4 minimum
* GCSE Mathematics: Grade C/4 minimum
