Receptionist (Temporary)
My client is a Financial Advisory firm based in Sheffield, providing Financial Advice to both individuals and professionals in the South Yorkshire areas.
We are urgently seeking Temporary Receptionist to provide cover, specific duties will include:
* Answering telephone
* Emailing advisers messages to contact clients or admin to produce valuations when requested.
* Scanning, password protecting and emailing out valuations produced by admin
* Opening and distributing post
* Audio typing of file notes
* Franking outgoing post
* General scanning
* Assisting with annual review letters – typing, scanning and uploading
* Ordering stationery
* Receptionist's share of additional Covid office cleaning (wiping high touch areas with anti-bacterial solution) – approx. 20 minutes one morning per week
We are seeking an experienced Receptionsit 3+ years experience who has a great telephone manner and is available for an immediate start.
