We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Receptionist and Administrator to join our team at St Stephens Infant School. This is a 37-hour-per-week position, term-time plus inset days.
As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming visitors to the school in a friendly and professional manner
2. Managing the school's reception area, including answering phone calls and emails
3. Assisting with school events and activities, such as parent evenings and open days
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
5. Supporting with school attendance
About You:
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Strong organisational and time-management skills
8. Proficient in Google suite
9. A positive and proactive attitude
10. Experience of working as part of a team
11. Experience working in a school environment (preferred, but not essential)
