What You’ll Be Doing
As the go‑to person at our Clifton Moor branch, you’ll lead a fantastic team, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure the branch stays profitable and runs like clockwork. The role includes managing a team of 14 people, four vehicles, and a full tool hire team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Lead a high‑performing team – inspire, coach, and develop staff to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
* Customer‑first approach – build strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Drive sales and operational excellence – manage sales strategies, stock, deliveries, and day‑to‑day operations.
* Maintain safety and compliance – uphold top health and safety standards and ensure a safe, efficient working environment.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, with two Saturdays every four weeks (8:00 am – 12:00 pm). Enjoy your weekends off!
