This role will require you to have responsibility for managing the day-to-day finance tasks within the team including recording details of support delivered, processing invoices and casual staff payroll, and compiling funding recharge details for external organisations.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Processing pay claims and invoices in a timely manner
2. Keeping student records accurate and up to date
3. Ensuring that external funding bodies reimburse the University for support provided to students.
4. Maintaining records for external audits and prepare documentation as requested by auditors.
5. Being a point of contact for staff providing non-medical help to students
6. Supporting other members of the Disability and Dyslexia Team so that students receive their non-medical help
7. Assisting the Team with administrative tasks such as bookings for events or training.
This is a full time role, although applications to job share will be considered.
Additionally, this post is eligible for agile working, meaning that you can work part of your hours remotely, in agreement with your manager.
Interviews will be held week commencing 3rd June 2024.
