What you will be doing in your role
* Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
* Building a great rapport with customers
* Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
* Converting interest into sales
* Achieving individual and team sales targets
* Ensuring the space always meets premium standards
What experience you’ll need to be successful
* Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
* The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
* Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
* Able to work independently
