We are now focusing on high-quality bathroom renovations and fitted interior projects, working with homeowners who value good planning, clear communication, professional project management and a high standard of finish. We are looking for an organised, confident and personable Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator to help manage new enquiries, speak with prospective customers and book appointments for our survey/design team. This is an important front-end role in the business. You will often be the first person a prospective customer speaks to, so your communication, organisation and follow-up will directly influence whether enquiries turn into booked appointments and future projects.
