The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have a proven background selling any electrical engineering products, components, or systems. Will provide a consultative sales approach, including technical support, product specifications, and demonstration of all electronic related products and components. Will be responsible for targeting OEM customers within the electrical engineering industry such as Panel Builders, Machine Builders, System Integrators and a number of distributors. Work remotely, visiting customers across the Southeast of England to ensure customer requirements Liaise with various Engineering departments Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements Experience as a Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Executive or similar within an Electrical / Electronic environment, or related technical engineering industry. Experience selling an electrical engineering product related to the electrical / electronics industry such as generators, UPS, transformers, PLCs, motors, industrial automation, temperature control, cable and wiring solutions, testing and measurement equipment, and or similar technical engineering products. Electrical / Electronic Service Engineers with experience of PLCs, switchgear, circuit breakers, connectors, transformers, control panels etc looking to progress into a commercial sales role are strongly advised to apply. A technicalelectricalengineering qualification isadvantageous.
