Summary
We are looking for someone passionate about working in Early Years to join our team and complete an apprenticeship in Early Years Education.
We work closely with a recognised training provider and you will be supported to learn and develop your skills in a supportive team.
Wage: £14,722.50 for the first year with potential increases depending on your age. National Minimum Wage for apprentices applies. Training course: Early Years Educator (Level 3). Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm (37½ hours per week). Most of the apprenticeship is spent working.
Responsibilities
* Assist in providing a safe and stimulating environment for children.
* Support the Nursery Practitioners in planning and implementing age‑appropriate activities.
* Engage with children through play, storytelling, and creative activities.
* Monitor and always ensure the well‑being of children.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of children.
Qualifications
Essential qualifications: GCSE in Maths and English (grade 4) or equivalent.
Share any other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
Prospects: Qualification / Standard: ST0135 Early Years Educator (Duration 18 months)
